Terminology

• Hex: A hexagonal tile
• Pops: The sum or numbers on hexes (ex. A hex with "2" labeled on it has a population of 2 pops)
• Districts: A group of hexes

How To Play

• Drag to create districts
• Right-Click or press Space to delete districts
• Escape to quit
• Create districts of a certain sum (visible in the level information on the left side of the screen)
• Each district casts 1 vote based on the MAJORITY color in that district
• A certain amount of districts must be a certain color to win (visible in the level info on the left side of the screen)
• Have Fun!
